The automotive industry is in a state of upheaval. ⚡❗Several fundamental transformations must be mastered in parallel: electromobility, introduction of automated and connected driving, shift to software-defined vehicles. Ways of working are changing with the introduction of new development processes through artificial intelligence, data-based development as well as new collaboration and cooperation models. How can we overcome these challenges? 🧐✅ #1: With 100% focus. Having a clear goal in mind provides clarity about where you want to go. The concentration and coordination of the various specialist areas makes it possible to react flexibly to new things.✅ #2: With adapted structures. In order to stay ahead of change, it is important to always keep an eye on your own working environment and its structures. The goal is to regularly review and optimize structures, act early and actively (instead of just reacting) and create necessary and possibly new forms of cooperation. With that in mind, we have big news for you! 📣In order to address change with new forms of collaboration, CARIAD and ANDATA intend to reorganize their collaboration of the VAIVA joint venture. CARIAD Group plans to acquire the remaining 24.5% stake in VAIVA GmbH currently owned by ANDATA (Hallein, Austria). This creates the opportunity to deepen and further expand everyone’s areas of expertise.ANDATA will thus be able to focus on the fields of innovation and new topics of customers within and outside the VW Group, as well as promote and contribute its own solutions. Our own strong VAIVA knowledge base in the development of active safety functions, simulations and accident analysis will enable CARIAD to cover 100% of active safety functions and software development in-house. 🚀 Let's go and take on the challenge!
