This video remains so true, each and every single time I see it flashing by.Making decent work instructions (SOP's) is an form of art.- What to explain or not to explain?- How to phrase the explanations?- To use written text or pictures?In writing SOP's for my job, my aim is to write an instruction in such a way that I can take a stranger from the streets and to let him of her perform the task described without any assistance.But because you are always writing an instruction as an experienced person, it is always so difficult to get it right.How do you write your SOP's in such a way all the information is there in a comprehensible manner?#quality #standardoperatinginstructions #SOPs

The importance of boundaries at the workplace is understood but definitely not easy to follow. Especially when it comes to diverse teams with varying gender, culture, races.
