Why Meghan Markle Is the “Happiest” She’s Ever Been in Marriage With Prince Harry
Meghan Markle has a royally sweet confession to make.
After all, the Duchess of Sussex revealed that she's been thriving in her latest entrepreneurial ventures like her brand As Ever and her new podcast, thanks to her husband Prince Harry and their kids Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3.
"I'm the happiest I've ever been," Meghan told TIME CEO Jessica Sibley at the TIME100 Summit April 23. "To have a husband and a partner who is so supportive and kids who are healthy and happy, I never imagined at this point I would feel so happy and grateful, and I really do."
Despite her busy schedule, the Confessions of a Female Founder podcast host always makes time for her little ones. In fact, she revealed that Archie "is going to lose his first tooth this week" and she's trying "to make it home in time for it."
As the 43-year-old continues to work on her podcast, new lifestyle brand and Netflix show With Love, Meghan, it's no surprise that Harry, 40, has been her biggest fan throughout the process.
"I am so happy for my wife and fully support absolutely everything she's done and continues to do," he told People earlier this month. "I'm incredibly proud."
Even as she's working diligently on her multiple projects, Meghan has always found respite in their Montecito home. For instance, she told the Godmothers Substack in March that she's "deep in the world of children's books" with Archie and Lili.
"I absolutely love it," she gushed. "So many picture books offer insights and perspective that I wish I had had exposure to as a child."
The Suits alum has also taken time to enjoy her own hobbies, especially ones that bring color to her life.

"I love flower arranging," she explained. "It's not something I grew up doing, but arranging flowers (whether they're from my own garden, the farmer's market, a flower mart, or Trader Joe's!) is one of those simple pleasures that I can get lost in."
"Standing there," she continued, "arranging each stem, moving a small sweet pea from one spot to another, turning the vase to see it at every angle, and running back out to the garden to clip another small flower, or to pluck fresh mint or rosemary blossoms to add extra dimension and interest—every moment of that for me is magic."
For Meghan, the experience is all-encompassing—a creative outlet and a connection to nature.
But best of all? She added, "My kids have jumped in to help me make arrangements, too, which makes it all the sweeter."
