🌟 Excited to share a major milestone in my career journey at #LactalisCanada! 🌟Last year, I embarked on a challenging yet rewarding mission as the Quality Systems and Operations Lead to establish a cutting-edge manufacturing facility for plant-based beverages. Today, I'm thrilled to announce the successful launch of our first brand, ENJOY!, offering oat, almond, and hazelnut beverages as healthier alternatives to traditional drinks.This journey has been nothing short of a labor of passion and dedication. I spearheaded the development of the facility's comprehensive food safety and quality program, securing Stage-1 FSSC, Kosher, Non-GMO, and Halal Certification among others. Additionally, I meticulously set up our lab for rigorous food safety testing and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to establish robust maintenance, sanitation, and supply chain protocols.I take immense pride in crafting detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our operations and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless workflows and adherence to industry standards. Working hand in hand with contractors, we trained our team for optimal efficiency, laying the foundation for excellence in every aspect of our operations.None of this would have been possible without the incredible support and collaboration from our cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, engineering, and more. Each team member's dedication and expertise played a pivotal role in turning our vision into reality.I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone involved in this journey. Eager to expand her knowledge and because everything related to ecology piqued her interest.Yet, upon graduating, she faced a reality: the sector was still niche, with limited job openings.Undeterred, she shifted gears, taking an exam to enter the public sector in collective catering.She aced it—finishing top of her class.Starting as a Quality Technician in the food industry, she quickly rose to become Head of Procurement for a university restaurant in Grenoble, serving 1,000 meals a day. But she didn’t stop there.She challenged herself again, took another exam—and aced that too. This time, she took charge of procurement for a CROUS, overseeing 5,000 daily meals.But the call of home started growing stronger.Laure returned to the Loire.In 2010, she joined the team at the iconic Maison du Café, better known as L’Or. What did she love most? The challenge of a booming factory, balancing hands-on work, technical expertise, and logistics. In December 2023. 2nd feild visit, went to the #COCACOLA_BEVERAGE_SRILANKA_LIMITED-#BIYAGAMA, Toured the Coca-Cola beverage factory, observing the entire production process from #Water_Treatment to packaging. Gained insights into large-scale beverage manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management. Impressed by the factory's automation, efficiency, and commitment to sustainability
