These giants, disguised as a wealthy and powerful family known as the Jutuls, exploit the environment for their own gain. As Magne grapples with his newfound identity and powers, he is faced with the immense responsibility of stopping the giants from wreaking destruction on the Earth, setting up a modern-day version of Ragnarök, the mythological apocalypse.
